Aragon Construction transforms 12,213 s/f for new office space

NEW YORK , NY Leading interior construction firm Aragon Construction acted as its own client, as the company transformed the entire ninth floor at Metropolitan Tower, 142 West 57th St., for its new corporate offices. Located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, in the heart of Midtown, the company had outgrown its office at 49 West 27th St. and moved into more than double the space, having leased 12,213 s/f. The company completed the move on July 2.

Dept. of Juvenile Justice Gets New HQ

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based Aragon Construction began renovation on Swig Equities LLC's new office and administrative space for the New York City Department of Juvenile Justice. DJJ moved into temporary space on the 20th floor of the Swig owned and managed 110 William St. in December and will be moving to the new offices on the entire 13th and a portion of the 14th floors.
