ARAGON CONSTRUCTION DOUBLES SPACE
IN MOVE TO NEW MIDTOWN OFFICE

NEW YORK, NEW YORK May 29, 2007 (continued)

A tour through the office will demonstrate different options accommodating a range
of budgets. Flooring types will vary, including concrete, wood, carpet and stone; walls
and doors of different materials, and styles such as wood, glass, composite walls, with
a wide array of finishes will be located throughout the space. Aragon’s new office will
be sleek and contemporary, boasting a neutral architectural setting, helping to give
its red logo a nice bounce. The open landscape furnishings in the new office space
will be from Knoll represented by Greg Burke’s Lane Office.

Aragon is completely altering the entire ninth floor that belonged to The Ceridian Group,
a leading information services company serving the needs of businesses and employees,
which is relocating within the building. Other notable tenants at the property are Arbitron and
Hilton Hotel Corporation. The 78-story, black glass Metropolitan Tower was built in 1986
and is owned and managed by L&L Acquisitions. It features 18 stories of commercial office
space at 259,808 square feet, 3,241 square feet of street level retail and 49 stories of
residential condominiums.

When Aragon was started in 2000, it had only three employees, but each year the company
steadily grew to cover an increasingly broad workload and now boasts 50 employees.
Founder and President Alex Getelman says, “Aragon’s growth is a compliment to everyone’s
contribution to the company, and now our innovative office space will be a place to show our
clients the depth and breadth of our expertise.”
