Aragon Construction, New York City's, leading general contracting and construction
management firm, recently renovated the entire 31st floor of 51 Madison Avenue to
serve as the new national headquarters for top private investment firm, Accretive LLC.

Because integrating light into the space was the main design objective, Accretive's
new office contains Dorma sliding glass doors throughout and Joel Burman back
painted glass-revered worldwide for its unique handcrafted kiln-cast glass finishes.
Renovations also included installing Italian Citterio wall systems throughout the
entirety of the space and a state-of-theart Creston lighting system.

The reception area and boardroom feature Venetian plaster wall finishes; a new
pantry with coffee bar boasts a backlit, onyx back splash and a newly-installed
custom executive bathroom contains elegant fixtures such as an imported Italian
stone sink. Limestone floors finish the lobby and reception area while the rest
of the space is complemented with wood flooring and high-end millwork.

Accretive LLC, which moved from 55 East 59th Street, is now fully functioning
at 51 Madison Avenue, owned by New York Life with management provided
by Jones Lang LaSalle. “We are very happy in the space and now planning to
expand,” says Accretive's Office Manager, Bonnie Banks. “The new office lends
itself to a more cohesive work environment.”
