NEW YORK, NY–ARAGON CONSTRUCTION, New York's premier general contracting and construction management firm, has begun building Pine Brook Road Partner’s newly-leased 17,000- square-foot office pace at One Grand Central Place, the 55- story W&H Properties tower in the heart of the Grand Central District at 60 East 42nd street.

Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC is a new York-based private equity firm established in 2006 to make business s building and growth capital investments, primarily in the energy and financial services se tor. Currently located at 100 Park Avenue, Pine Brook is scheduled to move into the new state-of-the-art space, which comprises the full 49th Floor and half of the 50th floor at One Grand Central Place, immediately after it completion. Aragon has teamed with architectural firm Watson & Associates in this gut renovation project involving the construction of 25
high-design private offices, three conference room , one boardroom and two amply equipped pantries.

"Everything is being built with extreme precision and meticulous attention," says Ramon Ocampo, associate architect at Watson & Associates. "The design elements are very detailed and sophisticated and include such feature as very high-end millwork and enhanced, fabric-wrapped panels in the conference room.”
