NEW YORK, NEW YORK December 18, 2006 (continued)
The nine weeks is very aggressive, but doable since all materials were ordered weeks before
hammering our first nail on the site.

Aksia was represented by the Grubb & Ellis team
of senior managing director Larry Zuckerman and associate David West. Andrew Levin, senior
vice president, conducted negotiations on behalf of Boston Properties in conjunction with CBRE,
agents for the property. Aksia signed a long-term lease in the beginning of November. The space
offered the tenant the unique opportunity to lease a full floor in one of New York's premiere
office towers, featuring spectacular 360 degree views of the New York City skyline, said Zuckerman.

Aragon is working together with the architectural design firm Mufson Partnership to transform the
aw space into a sleek and powerful office. The grand entrance consists of a spectacular stone floor,
back painted glass walls with stainless and wood surrounds and curved glass panels on the ceiling
(which extend down into the reception area). The glass is all backlit. A majority of the space will
be an open trading and research area, and all office walls are clear glass from floor to ceiling,
allowing full access to those spectacular views. It s a beautiful piece of geometry floating 46 floors
above Manhattan, said Larry Mufson, design partner of Mufson Partnership, who worked on the
space together with project designer Jorge Ramos. The views did most of the work for us, but we
reinforced those views with simple design details, creating an appropriate and streamlined work
environment for young, dynamic financial professionals.
