of the Manhattan-based firm, was convinced that $50,000
was the appropriate salary. So he passed on the applicant, who
would have handled the day-to-day oversight of a project.

Executive Search Firm Moving to 37,400 SF at 1166 Avenue of the Americas
Christian & Timbers, the international executive search firm, inked a lease for
the entire third floor at 1166 Avenue of the Americas, the 1.5 million-square-foot
office tower in Manhattan's Times Square district.
The firm will relocate from 1177 Sixth Ave. to its new 37,418-square-foot space
next month, which will serve as its worldwide headquarters. Aragon Construction,
in conjunction with Principal Max Kawer of The Switzer Group, is completing the
build-out on the space.
