The 44-story building sits on a 1.4-acre lot and is home to major tenants including
Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. and Invesco.

Timothy Gibson, Andrew Sachs and Marc Packman of Cushman & Wakefield
represented the landlord, Edward J. Minskoff Equities, while colleague
Joseph Fabrizi represented the tenant.

Edward J. Minskoff Equities recently acquired floors two-through six of the property
from building co-owner Marsh & McLennan Cos. in deal valued at $135.5M.
