Interior construction firm Aragon Construction is acting as its own client, as the
company transforms the entire ninth floor of the Metropolitan Tower at 142 West 57th
Street, for its new corporate offices. The company has outgrown its current office at
49 West 27th Street and will be doubling the space, having leased the entire ninth floor
of 12,213 sf. The company expects to relocate in late June.

IN MOVE TO NEW MIDTOWN OFFICE

Leading interior construction firm Aragon Construction is acting as its own client,
as the company transforms the entire ninth floor at Metropolitan Tower, 142 West 57th
Street, for its new corporate offices. Located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, in
the heart of Midtown, the company has outgrown its current office at 49 West 27th
Street and will be moving into more than double the space, having leased 12,213
square feet. The company expects to relocate in late June.

Working together with Senior Partner Michel Fiechter, Studio Director Stephen
Yavrouian and Project Designer Momoko Sakae of TPG, Aragon’s new office will be
a showcase for potential clients to come and see some of the high quality work that is
the firm’s hallmark.
