AFTER AGGRESSIVE SIX-WEEK CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE, ON OCT. 3 GORDON
& REES AND THE DOME-TECH GROUP MOVES INTO NEW OFFICES

NEW YORK, NEW YORK November 3, 2006
Leading interior construction firm Aragon Construction has just completed work on its first project
for Swig Equities, LLC, the real estate development, investment and management firm based in
New York and San Francisco.

Technical/engineering company The Dome-Tech Group and law firm Gordon & Rees are sharing
the 23rd floor approximately 15,000 sq. ft. space of 90 Broad Street; each tenant is in 6,250 sq. ft.

"It was really an exciting opportunity for Aragon to work with Kent Swig and vice president and director
of construction Darren Schumer because of their aggressive approach to filling tenants downtown,
said Aragon Executive Vice President Richard Hartz, who worked in conjunction with his project
management team.

Aragon Construction began work in mid-September 2006 as construction managers on the project,
and completed the work on October 31st in only six weeks. It was really an exceptional feat to
complete this project in such a short amount of time, and that was achieved largely in part because
of our phenomenal support staff, whose coordination allowed everything to go smoothly, said Aragon
president Alex Getelman.

Working together with Milo Kleinberg Design Associates (MKDA, a space planning and interior
architecture firm servicing landlords, brokers and businesses throughout the New York tri-state area),
Aragon Construction transformed the floor-which had no existing infrastructure in place-into two
sleek and sophisticated office spaces. The newly constructed offices feature custom millwork throughout,
glass walled conference rooms and custom mahogany wood doors. Aragon restored the floor's existing
marble lobby, and revamped the bathrooms with mosaic tile, new vanities and full height built-in mirrors.
