CHARITABLE FOUNDATION TO MOVE INTO ICONIC NEW YORK LIFE BUILDING

NEW YORK, NEW YORK May, 2006
In a prestigious assignment, Aragon Construction was recently selected to manage the construction
of a new headquarters space for The Synergos Institute, an independent nonprofit organization
dedicated to the development of effective, sustainable and locally based solutions to poverty.
Founded by one of David Rockefeller's daughters, Peggy Dulany, the foundation will occupy the
entire 21st floor of the New York Life Building, located at 51 Madison Avenue, this summer.

The 25,000-square-foot space, which consists of offices, conference rooms, LAN facilities and
storage spaces, will feature an environmentally sound, open landscape green design created
by NELSON, a global integrated solutions firm. It will boast a sophisticated, hi-tech look with
finishes such as exposed floating ceilings, cork flooring, patterned glasswork and Modern Fold
sliding partitions.

The 1.5-million-square foot office tower, whose namesake is its primary tenant, recently
underwent a complete infrastructure upgrade and modernization. The Synergos Institute will
be, one of the first tenants to move into the newly revamped building.

Aragon's Executive Vice President Richard B. Hartz notes, Aragon has successfully
partnered with Victor Stein-one of NELSON's Managing Principals on several other noteworthy
projects, including creating offices for the Bank of America Securities and Special Situations.
We are delighted to create an attractive new space befitting of The Synergos Institute's image.
