Falcon Pacific Construction, LLC Dear Richard: Throughout the project, yourself and your staff consistently maintained a high degree of professionalism, positive attitude and productive environment for all team members. In particular your Project Manager, Steve Giordano and Super Bill Crotchfelt did an excellent job overseeing 47,500 square feet of space over two floors including an interconnecting stair, new air conditioning units, and elevator lobbies. The weekly project meetings were very organized and your team demonstrated a great interest in seeing this project succeed by continuously planning ahead. I also want to mention the superb efforts of your Estimator Steve Knoll whose upfront work and knowledge of the project resulted in very few change orders; and if there were any different conditions we were notified immediately so we had time to decide our course of action.
